Product Advantages
Every wooden chessman is embedded with a high-grade magnet paired with an internal magnetic sheet within the board. Pieces stay firmly anchored during sudden movement or tilted play, making it ideal for road trips, flights, school clubs, and outdoor leisure without pieces shifting or falling.
Made from responsibly sourced solid beech, birch, and natural walnut veneer, all chess pieces and board edges undergo multi-stage CNC shaping and delicate hand-polishing. Coated with non-toxic, child-safe matte lacquer, the wood delivers a warm tactile touch without splinters, sharp corners, or chemical odor.
The interior of the folding board is lined with custom die-cut black flocked foam compartments. Each of the 32 chessmen and round checker pieces has its own dedicated protective slot, preventing scratches, friction wear, and piece loss while eliminating shaking noise during travel.
Our wooden board game sets strictly adhere to EN71, ASTM F963, and US CPC regulations. Non-toxic water-based finishes, securely sealed internal magnets that prevent accidental detachment, and lead-free brass hardware ensure smooth customs clearance in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Equipped with advanced woodworking CNC machinery, laser engraving units, and automated packaging lines, we support custom board sizes (24cm, 29cm, 34cm, 39cm), custom wood materials, personalized laser branding, and bespoke rule sheets to strengthen your brand’s private label value.
